Rehearsal for the new “Concerto Grosso Nr.1″ at the concert hall in Bamberg:

Our anniversary concert in May 2017 – Hammelburg

Our anniversary, for a double jubilee in Hammelburg, May 20th 2017: 30 years Melton Tuba Quartett and 30 years German Tube Forum!
We presented the highlights from 30 years of our musical activities – with Gerhard A. Meinl as an amazing speaker for our musical play “Pitty and the white shark”. Also the living legend Reiner Lüghausen, born in 1927, was present and we were happy to play an homage just for him.

Further impressions for this unforgettable evening can be viewed in this online gallery. (Thanks to photographer Lutz Ziper for providing this great image material!)

We’d like to say THANK YOU – for an amazing time and many years of collaboration!

20 years Tiefblechworkshop in Jever February 2017 – congratulations for Karsten Heger!
